Scotch and Gochu is a Korean-Jamaican Fusion restaurant located in Houston, TX. Scotch stands for Scotch Bonnet Pepper which is traditionally used in many Jamaican dishes to enhance flavors. Gochu stands for Korean Chili Pepper which is used throughout Korean cuisine. Scotch and Gochu invites young adults to explore the unique and harmonious flavor combinations of Korean and Jamaican food.
